How long does shipping take?

  • All packages will be shipped within 1-3 days of placing an order. Total shipping time will range between 1-10 business days. 

When will my order be shipped?

  • Within 1-3 days of placing an order. 

Where can I track my order?

  • Please check for your confirmation and tracking email after your order is placed or visit your carrier website and use your tracking code to check for updates. 

What if my item is damaged?

  • If your item is damaged or faulty please email info@milestomarathons.com with an explanation and photo proof. Your email must be sent within 5 days of receiving your order. If approved, we will send you a new replacement item. 

What if my package is missing?

  • If your package/order is missing please contact the shipping courier to make sure the delivery hasn’t been delayed or shipped to the wrong address. If you need further assistance please contact us. 

Will you restock?

  • Miles to Marathons will restock as needed. Please join the item waitlist to be notified when the next restock is. 

Where can I buy Miles to Marathons?

  • Miles to Marathons is exclusively available at milestomarathons.com and at onsite events.

Do clothing purchases contribute to donations?

  • Yes, a portion of every sale is contributed to donating to Glioblastoma Brain Cancer Research.

Where do donations go?

  • Donations are received by Miles to Marathons, Inc., a 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Organization registered in California. Donations will be distributed to Glioblastoma Brain Cancer Research Programs at UCSF and Miles to Marathons, Inc. to further support our initiatives and clothing sales to raise awareness. 

Is Miles to Marathons sustainable?

  • Yes, all clothing materials are made from recycled fabrics and packaging is biodegradable.
